Ironman races are the toughest triathlon races around the world that are endurance events consisting of three different disciplines: a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a marathon (26.2-mile) run. The goal of these races is to test the limits of human endurance and to challenge athletes to push themselves to the limit in order to complete the race. Warrior Empowerment is one of a kind program that helps with achieving these things by making progress each day, following a balanced diet, 1:1 client calls with Atal, reflecting on strengths and weaknesses and above all consistent improvement through dedication and commitment!
